We personally deliver across West Gippsland within an area approx. 35 kms radius from our locally owned flower shop business in Warragul. If you're not sure call us on (03) 5623 5344 and we'll happily work with you. Please note our website uses American terminology - ‘shipping’ means the name and address of the recipient.

Shipping (Delivery)

Your order will be DELIVERED TO THE SHIPPING ADDRESS you enter at checkout. Please take care not to tick the box that puts your own details in “shipping'“ (unless you are sending yourself flowers, and why not!). Check the areas listed at checkout for delivery cost (prices vary according to km distance).

Please ensure your delivery address is correct, a re-delivery fee will be applied if we have to re-deliver.

Shipping is quaint USA usage and confuses some of our wonderful customers. Unfortunately the website checkout page cannot be Australianised.

Billing (invoicing)

This website checkout also asks for your BILLING ADDRESS before asking for delivery (shipping) address.

Billing is American for Invoicing. Because all products are paid at checkout with a card we do not need or use your billing address.

Same day delivery is generally available if orders are placed the day before

. Delivery may be possible after the cut-off time, please call the shop to check.

Delivery to more remote locations may take up to 2 days to be completed, please call the shop to check.
